The service

The Admitta Wtta Guide provides general, source-linked research for foreign companies that hire, subcontract, supply or on-lend personnel for work in the Netherlands. It can help identify questions, checks and next steps concerning the Dutch Wtta.

The Guide is currently a research preview. Availability, content and supported topics may change while legal and publication review continues.

What an answer does not establish

  • It is general information, not legal, tax or immigration advice for a specific case.
  • It does not determine whether a supplier is admitted, exempt or covered by a transitional arrangement.
  • It does not determine whether an individual may work in the Netherlands.
  • It does not prove that a posted-worker notification, registration or other filing has been made correctly.
  • It does not replace a current check of the official register or other official source.

Actual contracts, supervision, intermediary roles, nationality, residence status and changes in law can alter the result. Check the linked official sources and obtain professional advice before relying on an answer for a decision.

Safe and permitted use

Use the Guide for business research and preparation. Select only the requested topic, role and language. Do not send names, documents, credentials, case files, BSNs, passport details or other personal or confidential information.

Do not present a Guide answer as an admission decision, work-permission check, official register extract or legal opinion. Keep the answer’s review status, source dates and limitations with any internal copy.

Sources, availability and responsibility

Answers are assembled from a curated set of official sources and show citations and review information. A source can change after it was checked, and a link or hosted endpoint can be temporarily unavailable.

The Guide is provided as a preview without a guarantee that it is complete, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular case. You remain responsible for decisions made on the basis of the information and for obtaining case-specific advice where needed.

Questions or suspected errors can be reported through the support page. Admitta B.V., Prinses Alexialaan 80, 2496 XA ’s-Gravenhage, the Netherlands (KvK 42118805), publishes the Guide. These terms remain pending legal review before public directory release.
