What the Guide receives
The Guide’s tools accept three predefined choices: the topic, your role in the work arrangement and the answer language. The tool does not need names, company identifiers, worker records, documents, passport numbers, BSNs or contact details.
Do not include personal data, confidential files or case documents in a Wtta Guide request.
Hosting and security systems necessarily process technical network information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as request time, IP and protocol information, and error or security events. The Guide does not create an Admitta user account and does not use tool inputs for advertising.
Why information is processed
The predefined tool inputs are used to retrieve the relevant, source-linked research in English or Dutch. Technical information may be used to operate, secure, diagnose and improve the reliability of the hosted endpoint.
The application processes the selected topic, role category and language in memory to return a response. Its own database contains only the curated knowledge base, not user questions or conversation history. It does not intentionally log request bodies, IP addresses or request identifiers. Normal access logging is suppressed; critical errors may be recorded.
ChatGPT and service providers
When you use the Guide in ChatGPT, OpenAI processes your conversation under its own privacy terms. ChatGPT decides which permitted tool choices to send to the Guide. Admitta does not receive your full ChatGPT conversation through the Guide’s tool interface.
The knowledge service is hosted by Scaleway SAS in Paris, France (fr-par). Native service metrics and container output/error logs are held in regional Cockpit. Scaleway documents default retention of seven days for logs and traces and 31 days for metrics; these settings are configurable and the project’s actual retention has not yet been independently confirmed. See Scaleway’s monitoring documentation and subprocessor list.
Your choices and questions
You can use the official sources linked in each answer without sending information to the Guide. You can also stop using or remove the Guide through ChatGPT.
For a privacy question, correction or request concerning information held by Admitta, email r.saif@admitta.eu. Describe the request without including identity documents, BSNs, passports or worker files. We may need enough information to locate the relevant technical event and verify that a request concerns you.
