Start with the business behind the application

You may already have a KVK number, a Dutch client or an SNA certificate. These facts alone do not establish the right WTTA route. An assessment starts with your company’s actual working arrangements, history and available evidence.

For foreign suppliers, work in the Netherlands under a client’s direction can bring the arrangement within WTTA. Exceptions need individual consideration. See the official scope guidance.

What the assessment covers

  1. Scope: identify the contracting entity, employer, work location and who supervises the crew or workers.
  2. Route: review the relevance of an inspection-report application, SNA route, provisional admission or a possible exemption.
  3. Preparation: identify missing information, dependencies and decisions before registration or application.
  4. Next steps: set out an action list and the work to include in a separate support proposal.

What we need from you first

Tell us when you first supplied workers, whether they work in the Netherlands, who directs them, and whether you hold SNA certification or have an inspection underway. Include any transitional registration already made. We confirm which supporting records are needed after scoping the assignment.

No SNA certificate yet?

That does not by itself establish whether you need WTTA admission. SNA status is one input into choosing an application route. The official SNA route has specific conditions, including the relevant module and validity date. We distinguish eligibility from work still needed to meet it.

A defined first step before full support

We propose a paid assessment with an agreed scope and fee. Its output is a written route assessment, identified gaps and recommended next steps, based on the evidence reviewed. Missing facts or points requiring specialist confirmation are recorded rather than treated as settled.

Further advice, inspections, authority fees and application support are scoped separately. Any credit against follow-on work must be stated in your proposal. Admission remains the authority’s decision.
