One process, with responsibilities agreed in advance

Foreign agencies often have several questions at once: does WTTA apply, which route fits, what should be prepared, and who will do the work? Our support proposal turns these questions into defined stages, with an owner and an expected output for each.

We start with your company’s situation, rather than assume that every staffing supplier follows the same route. The official application routes explain the different procedures.

The stages of your support plan

  1. Route assessment. Establish the facts, review relevant routes and record what needs further confirmation. Start with a scoped WTTA assessment.
  2. Preparation plan. List documents, responsible people, missing evidence and deadlines. Agree what your company supplies and which work needs a specialist or inspection body.
  3. Dossier preparation. Organise evidence for the selected route and follow up on gaps. A document being present does not establish that it meets the requirements.
  4. Application preparation. Review the required information and agree who is authorised to handle the official procedure. We do not assume access to your company’s government accounts.
  5. Follow-up. Record authority questions and outstanding actions. Agree separately which responses and ongoing support are included.

Registration is a separate step

The transitional arrangement has its own registration step and later admission application. Registering alone does not complete the admission process. Check the current official registration requirements before making decisions about your timetable.

What your proposal should specify

  • The legal entity, route and activities covered.
  • Deliverables, responsibilities and the information you must provide.
  • Fees, external costs, exclusions and how additional work is approved.
  • Who submits an application and handles correspondence.

There is no promise of approval or a guaranteed authority processing time. Inspections, specialist advice, official charges and any security deposit are separate items unless expressly included in the written proposal.

Preparation and ongoing evidence

For a practical starting point, use our WTTA compliance checklist. If you also need to organise company, worker and placement records, explore the Admitta platform. Platform use and support services are agreed separately.
